"there has not been a single project that APS was not satisfied."

"Alamogordo Public Schools is proud to call National Construction, Inc. a partner in the new construction, renovation and repair of our facilities. Although this relationship has lasted many years, I have been witness to their quality work for the last five. I have been very pleased with the professionalism and expertise during this time.

Most of our jobs with them have been renovations to older facilities. The team at National are very helpful in researching and identifying general conditions and working with the District to develop solutions which are both sound construction and cost effective. The result is renovation projects that we are proud of. They also employ subcontractors that take great pride in their work. Through the last five years National has been the GC on nearly 20 renovation/repair projects and I can say that there has not been a single project that APS was not satisfied."

"You were a very valuable asset in the planning of the many unforeseen challenges that needed to be addressed during the work"

"This was a very challenging project in terms of both technical requirements and scheduling. The work was required to take place on an occupied campus and in sequences that jumped around the entire 35 acre site. I was very impressed with the way National Construction was able to get the work planned and carried out with minimal disruption to the school. The Contractor worked diligently with the Owner to be sure that various areas of the campus were available for use at the times required, while maintaining the construction schedule throught the 18 month project.

There were a number of surprises on this project, as is often the case when renovating older buildings. The school's natatorium was found to have a severely rusted roof deck which resulted in the complete replacement of 10,000 square feet of epoxy coated metal deck. Underground tunnels and various uncharted utilities were encountered in several areas of the campus. National Construction worked quickly to help get these problems solved and scheduled into the work with as little inconvenience as possible to the school. You were a very valuable asset in the planning of the many unforeseen challenges that needed to be addressed during the work."

"They are very professional and easy to work with"

"National Construction has built two facilities for us, one being in Roswell, New Mexico for 5,500 square feet and the other being in Chaparral, New Mexico for 3,500 square feet. Both of our projects were completed on time. National Constructon has done an excellent job for us and I would highly recommend their firm to others. They are very professional and easy to work with."

"Have always surpassed the expectations of NMSBVI and have been above standards in their professionalism, integrity, dependability, accountability and work ethics"

"The New Mexico School for the Blind and Visually Impaired (NMSBVI) has done business with National Construction for more than twenty-five years.

"NMSBVI has worked with many contractors in the past, and it has been our experience with all construction projects that there are almost always causes for delays and/or additional construction costs. Design corrections, owner changes, additional scope of work introduced, material delays (to name a few) are almost inevitable. Although workmanship is of great importance, how a contractor handles issues and setbacks that may arise during a construction project are just as equally important and highly valued at NMSBVI.

National Construction, and the principals representing this company, have always surpassed the expectations of NMSBVI and have been above standards in their professionalism, integrity, dependability, accountability and work ethics.

NMSBVI values the business relationship established with Harris and Jason Blankenship and always welcomes their continued interest in bidding for any construction project at NMSVBI."
